Dakos - barley rusks, grated Jersey beefsteak tomato, grated red onion, feta cheese, extra virgin olive oil

 

SECOND COURSE (choose one)

SPETSOFAI - chicken breast and Greek country sausage sauteed with chickpeas, eggplant, bell papper, onion ~ Served over rice pilaf, sprinkled with grated mizithra cheese~

SWORDFISH MEDITERRANEO - wild-caught swordfish steak topped with roasted tomato, sauteed spinach, feta cheese ~Served with lemon-roasted potatoes and vegetable of the day~

HILOPITES ME KYMA - broad noodles topped with a ground beef and mushroom ragout scented with cinnamon and clove, sprinkled with grated mizithra cheese

 

THIRD COURSE (choose one)

Baklava - layers of phyllo dough filled with walnuts, sugar, cinnamon, spices, soaked in a honey syrup

Rizogalo - creamy rice pudding topped with whipped cream and cinnamon sugar

Revani - orange-scented semolina cake soaked in a citrus syrup, drizzled with cherry 'spoon-sweets' preserves, garnished with whipped cream
