AVGOLEMONO SOUP - chicken and rice soup, thickened with egg and spiked with lemon

GREEK SALAD - romaine lettuce, red onion, tomato, cucumber, feta cheese, kalamata olive, homemade vinaigrette

LOUKANIKO -  grilled orange-scented Greek sausage and caramelized onion, over a white bean puree

 

SECOND COURSE

PASTITSIO - layers of bucatini pasta baked with savory ground beef, topped with a parmesan bechamel sauce

~served with vegetable of the day

KOTA LEMONATI - chicken breast sauteed with artichoke, green peas & fresh dill in a lemon sauce

 ~ served over rice pilaf

SEAFOOD YIOUVETSI - octopus, scallops, jumbo shrimp & mussels, cooked with orzo pasta in a light tomato sauce, sprinkled with grated mizithra cheese

 

THIRD COURSE

BAKLAVA - layers of phyllo dough filled with walnuts, sugar, cinnamon & spices, soaked in a honey syrup
